Priyanka Chopra Biography

Priyanka Chopra was conceived in Jamshedpur, India on July 18 1982. While in high school, Chopra won the Miss India pageant. She quickly followed that success by winning the 2000 Miss World pageant as well. After the international victory, Chopra became a star in Bollywood and turned her focus to film. American television saw her make waves with Quantico, an FBI thriller. It aired between 2015 and 2018. In addition, she became an extremely popular Bollywood star due to her union with actor Nick Jonas. Her first Bollywood movie, The Hero: Love Story of a Spy, in 2003. She also appeared in Andaaz in the year 2003, which spawned the film industry with a series of films like Plan, Kismat and Asambhav. Although the majority of these films did not make it to the top of the charts the romantic comedy of Chopra Mujhse Karogi was a hit. At the age of 20, Chopra made her debut in the 2002 film Thamizhan and followed it up that very year with Jeet born to Win. On her debut, Chopra was clear: "I disliked it!" she has said. "I was ready to leave the field after I had completed it!" "I did not realize what was going on." Nick Jonas, actress and singer-actor has made their relationship public in the summer of 2018. News of their engagement came in late July, when Jonas reportedly popping the question on Chopra's 36th birthday. The couple got married at an extravagant celebration that ran for multiple days starting on December 1, 2018.
