21 Savage Bio
Sheyaa Bin Abraham Joseph (born on October 22nd, 1992) is an Atlanta-based rapper, songwriter, and record producer. He became known in Atlanta for his mixtape from 2015 The Slaughter Tape before attaining international attention with his extended play collaboration Savage Mode (2016) with producer Metro Boomin and its lead singles "X" and "No Heart", as and his guest appearance on the 2016 Drake single "Sneakin'".21 Savage released his debut album, the studio album Issa Album, on July 7th, 2017. The album debuted at the second spot on the Billboard 200 and gave him his first Billboard Hot 100 top 20 single, "Bank Account". He debuted his first top-ten single in the year 2017 with "Bank Account" the track that he featured on Post Malone’s "Rockstar". It was nominated for two categories at this year's 61st Grammy Awards. The Offset-Metro Boomin collaboration Without Warning on October 31 in 2017. The second album, I Am Was (December 2018) came out at first place on the Billboard 200. It remained there for two weeks. On February 3, 2019, 21 Savage was detained by the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), officials of which stated that he is a citizen of the United Kingdom who entered the U.S. in July 2005 and then illegally extended his visa, which expired in July 2006. On February 12, he was released on bond and was allowed to go. He is being held until the result of the expedited deportation, scheduled to take place on April 11 but then suspended indefinitely.
