Sienna Miller’s Life Story
British-American actress Sienna Rose Diana Miller is born 28 Dec 1981. Born in New York City but raised in London, she began her professional career as a model for photography. The 2004 films Layer Cake, and Alfie marked her acting breakthrough. Later, she played socialite Edie in Factory Girl (2006) and writer Caitlin in The Edge of Love (2008). She was nominated in 2008 for the BAFTA Rising Star Award. Her role in G.I. was The Baroness. Joe: The Rise of Cobra (2009) followed by a brief sabbatical, amid increased tabloid scrutiny. Sienna has also had a noteworthy theatre career. Credits include Celia's role in "As You Like It" (her theatrical West End debut) opposite Helen McCrory and Dominic West as well as the Broadway productions of Patrick Marber "After Miss Julie" in which she starred opposite Jonny Le Miller. Sienna last stage appearance was in Terence Rattigan and Sir Trevor Nunn's critically-acclaimed play "Flare Path", at London's Theatre Royal Haymarket. Miller, who was a co-star in Alfie's Christmas Day 2004, got engaged to Jude Law. Law apologized publicly to Miller for an affair with the child-nanny.
