Shawn Killinger is an American TV anchor, reporter and newscaster who is currently working as a national program host for QVC the e-commerce and TV shopping giant. She has been presenting a variety of items on QVC since 2007, and also launched her own blog. Shawn Killinger, who had just completed her college studies she relocated to New York City in 1997 and was one of the very few who applied to the CBS Page Program. She was a set assistant to Dan Rather on the 'CBS Evening News. Later, she was a part of the seating team for people on the Late Show with David Letterman. The show lasted for two years. She is engaged to consultant Joe Carettta, whom she found on a dating website. She shares her personal life and experiences frequently with her fans. This includes the struggle to get pregnant. In 2014, she failed to explain the reason for her absence from her show for a lengthy time in 2014, Apart being a professional journalist and host on television, Killinger is also known for being a philanthropist - since 2008 she has been active in the Make-A-Wish Foundation, serving as its "Wish Granter" for children with life-threatening illnesses.
